The Sea Water Ghost 420 is a modern Italian-built rigid inflatable offering high-performance offshore capability combined with day-boat comfort and accommodation. At 42.55 feet with a 14.11-foot beam, this model sits at the top of the Ghost range and accommodates 12 to 14 people. The composite hull features a deep V design with high-resistance Hypalon tubes, engineered for smooth handling in rough sea conditions and optimized efficiency at speed. Power comes from twin Mercury Marine outboards totaling 1200 horsepower, capable of cruising speeds between 25 and 35 knots with maximum speeds reaching 45 to 55 knots.

The deck layout functions as a full walkaround design. The bow includes a large sun pad and convertible U-shaped seating with stowage lockers. The central helm station features an ergonomic console, protective windscreen, and rigid T-top, with bolstered pilot and copilot seats. Electronics and instrumentation can be fully specified. The cockpit aft is modular, functioning as lounge, dining, or sun area with a transformable bench seat and optional outdoor galley including refrigeration, sink, and cooking surface. Boarding platforms and a swim ladder provide water access.

Belowdecks, the accommodation comprises a double cabin and head with marine toilet, complemented by storage and premium finishes in wood and nautical textiles with LED lighting throughout. The boat is newly built and offered with complete customization options for engines, upholstery, finishes, and electronics package.
