The 2026 Sportsman Open 212 is a 21-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a Yamaha F200XSA2 outboard engine. The boat features the Seakeeper Ride VACS system for attitude control and a smoother ride in rough water, paired with a SeaStar Interact DCM digital switching system with keypad steering. Its SportTech Advanced Fabrication Process construction emphasizes durability and a quiet ride.

The console houses a fully integrated electronics package centered on a Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv 12-inch multifunction display with Bluechart G3 charts, a Garmin GT12M 350W CHIRP sonar transducer for bottom imaging, and a Garmin VHF 115 radio. Audio comes from a Garmin Apollo RA670 premium stereo paired with JL Audio M3-650X speakers. The console includes a tempered glass windshield with vent, and dual Scanstrut ROKK wireless phone chargers are integrated for convenience.

The boat is outfitted for fishing and family use with a 25-gallon insulated livewell, underwater lighting for night fishing, dual fuel fills positioned on either side for easy refueling, insulated bow storage, and a built-in swim platform with a four-step ladder. A single head is onboard.
