2026 Sportsman Open 252 Center Console

The 2026 Sportsman Open 252 is a 25-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with a single Yamaha F300XSB engine rated at 300 horsepower. The boat features a beam of 9.25 feet and accommodates up to twelve people. Fuel capacity stands at 140 gallons, supported by dual fuel fills for convenience.

The helm is equipped with dual Garmin multifunction displays—a 12-inch GPSMAP 1243xsv primary screen and a secondary unit—paired with a Garmin GMR Fantom 18x radar and GT12M transducer. Electronics integration includes Yamaha autopilot, Seakeeper Ride Vacs, a Seastar Interact digital switching system, Garmin VHF radio, and Sportlink electronics networking. Audio is handled by a Garmin Apollo RA670 premium stereo with JL Audio speakers, while two Scanstrut Rokk wireless phone chargers provide device charging.

The console houses a 68-quart built-in cooler seat, dual battery configuration with selector switch, compass, stainless steel steering wheel, lockable storage, and integrated LED lighting throughout. The cabin features a tempered glass windshield with vent and navigation lights integrated into the hardtop. Seating includes bow bolsters and cushions with a removable filler board, cockpit bolsters, and a removable bow sundeck with table and cushion.

Onboard amenities include a porcelain head with pump-out and overboard discharge, as well as a trolling motor plug and harness. The boat comes on a tandem axle trailer fitted with brakes on both axles, hydraulic surge brakes, disk brakes, guide poles, LED lights, aluminum wheels, and ratchet tie-down straps.
