The 2026 Starcraft EXS-3 DL is a 23-foot pontoon finished in carbon panels with a warm tan interior and tan Teakweave flooring. It runs on a single 150-horsepower four-stroke gasoline engine paired with hydraulic tilt steering for responsive handling. The boat accepts the optional PR25 Performance Package for enhanced lift and speed.

The layout centers on twin rear flip seats that convert into a spacious lounge area, ideal for entertaining and relaxation. An extended rear deck with close-out provides additional space and safety, while a power bimini offers shade control. The boat includes a Helix 5 GPS-depth finder for navigation, a Wetsounds stereo package, and lighted cupholders.
