The 2026 Steiger Craft 31 Fisherman is a pilothouse boat built in fiberglass and engineered around serious fishing. Twin Yamaha 300 outboard engines deliver 600 horsepower and run on a 300-gallon fuel capacity, giving the boat a range exceeding 450 miles—enough for canyon runs and extended offshore work.

The layout prioritizes fishing functionality. Two large in-deck fish boxes and a transom livewell provide storage for the catch. The pilothouse centers on a helm positioned to starboard with captain's chairs on both sides and bench seating aft, surrounded by substantial tackle and gear storage.
