The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18.4-foot aluminum fishing pontoon powered by a single 50-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Designed to accommodate seven passengers, this model combines updated styling with functional fishing-focused layout and storage enhancements.

The boat features a redesigned console and lounge arrangement, with a forward-facing seat positioned ahead of the driver console. Anglers can cast from either of two folding fishing seats positioned under a standard 7-foot bimini top for shade. The redesign incorporates three additional cubic feet of storage through integrated backrest cutouts, phone compartments, and four extra cupholders throughout the boat. The driver console includes a dedicated rod holder, supporting active fishing use.
