The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18-foot fishing pontoon redesigned with a fresh console layout and expanded storage. It seats seven passengers and features two removable, folding fishing chairs with heavy-duty pedestals, a forward-console seat with integrated grab handles, and aft L-shaped lounge couches with underseat storage. A 9-gallon aerated livewell sits forward of the console with a shutoff valve for live bait management.

The boat is built on 24-inch high-buoyancy multichambered pontoon logs with full-length one-piece longitudinal M-bracket supports and full-width heavy-duty Z-bar deck supports. The deck is pressure-treated 3/4-inch material backed by a limited lifetime warranty. An all-welded, all-aluminum extended motor pod and aluminum box-beam transom provide structural strength. Anodized aluminum fence rails with sound and vibration dampening insulation run the perimeter, with elevated panels for deck drainage and ventilation.
