The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18-foot aluminum pontoon built for fishing, powered by a single 50-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. It seats seven and introduces a refreshed design across the console, lounge seating, and deck layout.

The boat features two folding fishing seats positioned to cast under a standard 7-foot bimini top. Storage has been expanded with three additional cubic feet gained through revised backrest cutouts. The driver console includes a dedicated rod holder and is complemented by a forward-facing seat, phone compartments, and four additional cupholders distributed throughout the boat.
