2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 18 DLX

The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 18 DLX is a 20-foot pontoon built to handle fishing and recreation for up to eight people. Its dual fishing decks feature four removable and folding pedestal chairs, a 9-gallon forward-console aerated livewell with shutoff valve, and an 8-gallon aft livewell with baitwell function, fish ruler, and integrated rod holders. The bow fishing station includes rail-mounted rod and tool holders along with dedicated storage for rods and drinks. When fishing is done, an L-shaped lounge in the aft section offers seating with underseat storage, and a stereo system is available to enjoy time on the water.

The console features a wraparound sport shroud with tinted windscreen, vertical rod holder, and integrated storage with drink holders and side-mounted controls. Steering is a 4:2 ratio no-feedback system with a sport steering wheel. New to the 2026 model are a redesigned console with updated color scheme, a new forward seat at the helm, three additional cubic feet of storage space, and more cupholders throughout. In-lounge storage and new port and starboard storage compartments expand organizational options.

The hull design uses 24-inch diameter high-buoyancy multichambered pontoon logs with internal bracing. Deck support combines full-length one-piece longitudinal M-brackets with full-width heavy-duty extruded Z-bar supports thru-bolted to the M-brackets and reinforced aluminum U-channel behind the bow trim. The 2026 model introduces an all-welded, all-aluminum extended motor pod with built-in EPA-compliant fuel system.

Standard equipment includes a 9-foot black QuickLift bimini top with LED courtesy lights and storage pockets, integrated LED navigation and anchor lights, four stainless steel mooring cleats, and a wheelchair-accessible port gate. The redesigned rear boarding platform features a new wider four-step telescoping boarding ladder with grab rails. Additional safety features include motor-stop lanyard, fire extinguisher, horn, marine-grade fuse panel, and water-resistant connectors. The boat comes in Copper Red, Indigo Blue, or new Charcoal with redesigned fencing and graphics.
