The 2026 Tidewater 2300 Carolina Bay is a 23-foot bay boat built on a stepped fiberglass hull designed for family fishing and cruising. Powered by a single 300-horsepower Yamaha outboard, it combines shallow-water capability with open-water performance. The boat features a high-freeboard design with a black powder-coated fiberglass hardtop with glass enclosure and gull-wing extensions, providing weather protection and a commanding helm position.
