The Tidewater 2300 Carolina Bay is a 23-foot center console runabout built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 250 hp Yamaha outboard engine. Designed for fishing and recreational use, the boat combines practical storage with comfortable seating and shade.

The layout centers on a spacious console area with port and starboard insulated livewells and a 57-gallon insulated bow box for tackle and catch storage. The bow features cushioned seating with backrests.
