The Tidewater 232 SS is a 23-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 300-horsepower Yamaha outboard. Its defining feature is a full wrap-around bow seating arrangement that distinguishes it in the center console category, combining social seating with practical fishing and cruising capability.
The boat's layout centers on open cockpit comfort with thoughtfully integrated seating. Wrap-around bow cushions, a fold-down rear seat, and a deluxe drop bolster leaning post provide multiple configurations for passengers and crew. A fiberglass T-top with full glass enclosure tops the console, which includes a companion footrest and black dash panel. Storage lighting with motion activation, an insulated 30-gallon livewell, and a raw water wash-down support active use.
Equipment is comprehensive. SeaStar hydraulic steering with a tilt helm, a Lewmar 13.5-inch wheel, and SeaKeeper Ride 450mm stabilization inform handling and comfort. Navigation and electronics include NMEA 2000 networking and a compass. A free-fall anchor windlass with 200 feet of rode, six pull-up cleats, and a swim ladder support dock and water operations. The JL Audio system with four M3 speakers supplies entertainment. Dual battery switching and motion-activated interior and storage lighting round out the onboard systems.
