2026 Tidewater 2700 Carolina Bay

The 2026 Tidewater 2700 Carolina Bay is a 27-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by twin Yamaha F300 XSB2 outboard engines producing 600 horsepower combined. Built for both fishing and recreational cruising, the boat features a spacious layout designed for comfortable movement and an open water experience.

Standard equipment includes an electric windlass anchor system, dual insulated livewells (17 and 26 gallons), bow seat cushions with backrest, and a raw water washdown. The helm is outfitted with dual Garmin GPS chartplotters, a Garmin VHF radio with AIS, and Garmin sounder with 600kW 20-channel transducer. Navigation and control are enhanced by an Edson steering wheel and Bob's Machine 10-inch jackplate. A JL Audio system with 6 speakers, amplifier, and 10-inch subwoofer provides entertainment.

The boat is equipped with a fiberglass hard top with glass enclosure, sun shade bow with two rod holders, and a pair of Kingfish rod holders for serious fishing capability.
