The 2026 Tidewater 3100 Carolina Bay is a 31-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass hull with a 10-foot beam, designed for offshore fishing and shallow-water operation. Twin Mercury 400 XL V10 Verado engines rated at 400 horsepower each provide substantial power. The boat features a Carolina-flare hull design for stability and a comprehensive electronics suite including dual Garmin GPSMAP systems, a Garmin VHF with AIS, and Mercury Joystick control.

The boat is equipped with a hardtop with integrated fresh water shower and misters for sun protection, plus a bow sun shade fitted with rod holders.
