2026 Triton 179 TrX

The 2026 Triton 179 TrX is an 18.5-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a Mercury 115-horsepower ProXS four-stroke engine. Built on Triton's performance platform, the boat is designed for shallow-water fishing and maneuverability in tight spaces. The hull features all-composite construction with upright and level flotation, automatic bilge pump, and LED bow navigation lights.

The boat's layout centers on fishing capability. Oversized rod lockers line the port and starboard sides, with additional retractable rod buckles on the front deck. A high-capacity rear insulated livewell with divider, complete with aerator and recirculation pumps and a timer, serves serious anglers. The front deck includes a built-in ice chest integrated into the step, a drink and bait holder, and a trolling motor foot-control recess. Two pedestal seats—a hydraulic-adjustable bike seat and a Centric II pedestal with mesh suspension—provide seating, along with driver and passenger bucket seats at the extended-leg-room console.
