The 2026 Twin Vee 22 BayCat is a composite catamaran built for shallow water performance and stability. Powered by a single Yamaha 250 horsepower outboard, it combines the shallow-draft capability of a bay boat with the ride quality of a twin-hull design. The boat draws approximately 10 to 12 inches and carries roughly 60 gallons of fuel, supporting a capacity of six persons.
The layout centers on fishing versatility with a large front casting deck, rear casting platform with seating, insulated fish boxes, and a livewell system. Under-gunnel rod storage and non-skid decking throughout support active use. The helm features a console with windshield and grab rail, complemented by a leaning post. Two-tone upholstery and Whisper Gray hull color are included, with black powder-coated metalwork and stainless steel hardware throughout.
Factory-installed equipment includes dual 8-foot Power-Pole anchors for shallow water holding, a Garmin 1243XSV GPS chartplotter, and navigation lights with a functional bilge system. A Float-On aluminum trailer is included for transport and storage. The 22-foot overall length and 7.67-foot beam create a manageable footprint for trailering while maintaining the stability characteristic of the catamaran design.
