The Velocity VR1 is a 30-foot high-performance V-bottom built for open-water speed and offshore capability. Twin Mercury Racing outboards delivering 1,800 horsepower propel this fiberglass hull to extreme velocities while maintaining smooth handling and long-range cruising. The boat combines race-bred engineering with practical day-boating features, backed by a five-year hull warranty.
The cockpit is fully equipped with hydraulic power steering, electric bolster seats with footrests, multi-color LED lighting, and a Wet Sounds audio system with six speakers and amplifier. A sliding door with lock, windshield, and premium softside upholstery with Permaguard finish the interior. Performance instrumentation includes Livorsi carbon gauges, throttle and shift controls, trim tabs with indicator, and a safety stop switch. Stainless grab handles and a polished rub rail provide security and style.
Below deck, the cabin features a large V-berth with two couches, fiberglass cabinetry, interior lighting, USB power, and a porta potti for extended trips. The engine room is rigged for offshore use with a motorized fiberglass hatch, high-capacity bilge pump, dual batteries on offshore mounts, and a Halon fire system. Standard equipment also includes a stainless ladder, polished cleats, and a four-blade stainless steel propeller.
The hull is constructed using infused fiberglass with a cored layup and Vectorply carbon hybrid laminates in vinyl ester resin. A Coosa composite transom and high-density linear composite strengthen critical areas. The 80-gallon fuel capacity and approximately 4,300-pound weight support the performance profile of this race-derived platform.
