2026 Vexus AVX 1980
About This Yacht
The 2026 Vexus AVX 1980 is a 19-foot 10-inch aluminum bay boat built on the manufacturer's V2 design platform. The all-welded hull features a 0.125-inch thick pad bottom and sides with specialized lifting strakes, engineered for responsive handling and smooth operation. The boat rides on a Vector Force solid transom and Dense Base superstructure, with stretch-formed gunnels that combine durability with clean aesthetics. Hard case paint with clear coat covers all exterior surfaces, including underside lid panels.
The interior prioritizes space and functionality. An oversized front deck provides roughly a foot of additional width at the seat base, creating substantial room for anglers. The cockpit features custom-contoured high-performance bucket seats with two fold-down fishing seats, an adjustable driver's seat, generous legroom, and a custom painted-to-match fiberglass console. Marine grade carpet covers aluminum decks and floors. Stainless steel seat pedestals and pull-up tie cleats add durability throughout.
Storage and rigging are comprehensive. Dual rod boxes with raised-lip construction and weather trim seals protect tackle. Oversized fiberglass storage boxes with weather seals, an insulated cooler, and a tour-level livewell round out the standard equipment. Stretch-formed gunnels and sealing around all openings provide protection from weather and spray.
The boat comes on a custom-fitted trailer with leaf spring axle, forged transverse channel support beams, and wire protection housing. Electronics include a Minn Kota Ultrex 80/DSC/MR 45-inch trolling motor wired with 6-gauge cabling and backed by a Dual Pro 6X3 on-board battery charger. SeaStar Pro hydraulic steering and a full instrumentation suite complete the factory rigging.
