2026 Waterlodge Apart L Long

The 2026 Waterlodge Apart L Long is a 39-foot composite houseboat powered by twin 50 hp Yamaha gasoline outboards. Its design balances living space with mobility: at just under 40 feet long and roughly 14 feet wide, it fits standard marina slips while offering approximately 350 square feet of interior area and the ability to relocate between locations.

The interior layout is flexible and configurable. The boat can be arranged with one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a lounge area. A third sleeping space or dedicated office can be added as an option. An optional rooftop terrace expands outdoor entertaining space.

Interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, heating and cooling systems, solar and inverter packages, and seasonal upgrades are all customizable to suit individual preferences. The boat is built to order and can be delivered locally.
