2026 World Cat 280 CC-X

The 2026 World Cat 280 CC-X is a 28-foot fiberglass catamaran built for offshore performance and comfort. Powered by twin Yamaha F200XSA2 outboards, the boat combines a stable, dry ride characteristic of World Cat's catamaran design with modern handling conveniences. The engines are paired with Yamaha Helm Master with joystick control, simplifying docking and maneuvering in confined spaces. Cruising speed reaches 25 knots.

The boat is finished in Arniston Grey hull color and includes the Shadow Package. Onboard, a mezzanine seating area, removable bow table, and upgraded stereo system support both entertaining and fishing use. An Edson steering wheel and light package complete the setup. The wide 9-foot beam creates generous cockpit space while maintaining the fuel efficiency typical of the platform compared to monohull alternatives of similar size.
