2026 X-Yachts X 4.0

The X 4.0 is a 38-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built by X-Yachts in Denmark. As the smallest model in the pure X range, it combines performance-oriented design with practical cruising capability, equally suited to distance sailing or racing. The yacht is handled by a single 29 hp diesel engine and achieves a cruising speed of 7 knots under sail.

The design emphasizes comfort and ease of handling. The yacht comes standard with a clear anodized aluminum mast and boom, with the option to upgrade to a carbon fiber mast and boom. Below deck, there is one head and accommodation for multiple crew.

With a beam of 12.5 feet, the X 4.0 offers a stable platform for both serious offshore passages and weekend racing. This is a new build, constructed to order at the X-Yachts factory.
