The 2026 Yamaha AR220 is a 22-foot jet boat designed for watersports and recreational cruising. Powered by a single 1049cc engine running on regular unleaded fuel with a 70-gallon capacity, it combines accessible performance with practical handling features including rack-and-pinion steering, articulating keel system, and Yamaha's Quiet Cruise Technology for reduced noise. A dual battery setup supports onboard systems, and the boat includes Cruise Assist and a three-position No Wake Mode control.

The open layout maximizes seating flexibility with a removable pedestal dinette table, multiple bow filler inserts, hinged seat cushions, and an adjustable captain's chair with flip-up bolster. An integrated removable cooler sits in the cockpit alongside a dedicated anchor locker, while a dedicated ski locker stores watersports gear. A walk-through bow door provides access to the bow area, which includes a reboarding ladder and courtesy deck lighting.

The stern features an integrated swim platform with upholstered cushioned backrests and storage, a factory-installed swim-up seat bracket, and a stainless steel telescopic reboarding ladder. Wet storage is available beneath the stern seating. The helm includes a five-inch Connext screen, black switch panels, and two wireless charging points, with four marine speakers throughout the cabin and a marine-grade woven floor mat in the cockpit.

The exterior is fitted with stainless steel bow rails, six stainless steel pop-up cleats, a tow hook, and a Bimini top for sun protection. An aluminum folding wakeboard tower with integrated tow hook is included. The boat comes with a painted trailer featuring a swing-away tongue.
