2026 Yamaha WaveRunners VX®

The 2026 Yamaha WaveRunners VX® is a 12-foot jet boat built on a modern hull design that brings fresh thinking to the mid-size WaveRunner line. Powered by a Yamaha TR-1® HO engine and running on gasoline, it delivers capable performance in a compact, nimble package.

The deck incorporates ergonomic refinements including deeper, wider self-draining footwells and a contoured seat designed to improve knee grip and rider comfort. A fold-away reboarding step makes it easy to climb back aboard after time in the water, while substantial bow storage keeps towels, gear, and personal items secure and within reach.

Standard equipment includes a robust tow hook for reliable towing attachment and the RiDE® throttle control system, which allows smooth single-lever operation between forward, neutral, and reverse—simplifying deceleration, reversing, and docking maneuvers.
