The Astondoa AX8 is a 77-foot flybridge yacht built by the Spanish shipyard Astondoa, known for over a century of refined boat building. This model breaks from typical proportions of its class, delivering the spaciousness usually found in larger yachts while maintaining responsive handling and stability at sea. The design, developed in collaboration with the Cristiano Gatto Design studio, merges contemporary style with innovative materials and textures.

The interior prioritizes natural light and openness through expansive windows throughout the saloon, galley, and multiple deck spaces. The yacht accommodates up to six cabins—including an owner's suite with a beam of 20 feet—plus two crew cabins, with six en-suite heads throughout. A private saloon occupies the second deck, while the aft cockpit houses a dining and relaxation area. The beach club features a protective glass panel, and exterior areas include two generous sundecks and a drop-out teak swimming platform at the stern, complemented by a wet bar.

Power comes from twin Volvo Penta diesel engines totaling 2,000 horsepower, delivering a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 22 knots. The hull is fiberglass construction with a round bilge design and carries CE Class B offshore certification. Joystick control and trim tabs enhance maneuvering and sea-keeping capabilities.
