The Buddy Davis 42 Center Console is a 42-foot fiberglass center console designed for serious fishing combined with family comfort. Built on proven hull design from the Davis 28 and 34 models, the boat features an entirely new custom deck and helm setup that balances fishing capability with cruising amenities across its 12.5-foot beam.

The interior accommodates two to sleep, with a full head compartment including hot water shower, galley with refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, and a dining area seating four. The helm area is spacious with triple seats, an integrated electronics box in the hardtop, and a dedicated refrigerator/freezer with tackle storage and cutting board below. Forward of the console, a large lounge seat with storage and a fold-down seating arrangement provide additional crew space.

Fishing features are extensive throughout. Dual insulated in-floor fish boxes in the deck and dual illuminated livewells in the transom support saltwater wash-down systems. A large anchor locker with fresh water washdown sits forward, and rod storage is integrated below the gunwales with six stainless steel rod holders. A fiberglass T-top includes molded-in spreader and LED lights plus additional rod holders. The cockpit incorporates macerator-equipped under-deck fish boxes, integrated stern seats, and a starboard dive door with folding ladder.

Standard power consists of triple 350-horsepower Yamaha engines, with options for quad 300 or 350 horsepower engines. Standard equipment includes a diesel generator, air conditioning, marine stereo with premium speakers, electronics display space for up to three 16-inch units, trim tabs, and anchor windlass with remote control. The boat offers customization in hull colors, towers, Seakeeper gyro stabilization, and additional fishing packages.
