The C-CAT 65 is a 65-foot sailing catamaran built from composite materials, combining carbon fiber and carbon-glass construction with vacuum-infused Corecell sandwich core structure. The design draws from over fifty years of Comar Yachts' multihull expertise and incorporates input from naval architect Enrico Contreas, designer Marco Amadio, and Naval Design's hydrodynamic analysis. Carbon fiber is used strategically in the deck, foils, structural elements, and pre-impregnated mast to achieve a lightweight, rigid platform responsive to wind changes.
The yacht sleeps five in five cabins and features five heads. The owner's suite is located aft, with a carbon roof featuring inverted glazing that improves sightlines and reduces glare. Interiors are custom-finished with careful attention to detail throughout.
The hulls and structure are engineered for both performance sailing and extended cruising. The design represents over 4,500 hours of engineering work and 40,000 hours of construction. Two custom engines provide auxiliary power.
