The Canados Gladiator 631 Next is a 63-foot sport cruiser built entirely from high-tech composites—carbon fiber, Kevlar, and E-glass with vacuum-bagged coring. Designed by offshore powerboat champions, it bridges high-performance capability with luxury comfort. The hull features two ventilated steps and negative pads to optimize water flow, with an aft section engineered for Surface Drive transmissions. Two engine options are available: twin Volvo D-13 diesel engines at 1,000 hp each, capable of 45 knots, or a three-engine 631 Record variant with Scania DI16 V8 diesels delivering 65 knots.

The interior balances speed with refinement through lightweight construction and advanced noise reduction. Carbon fiber extensively reinforces the structure, while foam-cored floors address vibration and sound. Furniture employs high-tech honeycomb production methods by Canados craftspeople. The widebody owner's suite spans the full 15.5-foot beam, providing exceptional space. Two layouts are offered: two cabins plus crew quarters, or three cabins plus crew quarters.
