The 40-foot Catamaran Cruisers Power Cat is a composite catamaran powered by twin 100-horsepower Yamaha gasoline engines. The hull employs resin-infused core construction with epoxy resin and carbon reinforcement in high-load areas, paired with a fixed long keel and fixed rudders for stability. The wide 21-foot beam creates a spacious platform suited to comfortable cruising.
The main saloon features a U-shaped seating unit with cushions and dining table, an equipped galley with refrigerator, induction cooktop, and sink, and starboard-side steering with full instrument and engine controls. A drop-down window and two aft-facing doors open to the deck. The foredeck offers dual trampoline sections with seating cushions and access to forward storage via Lewmar hatches, plus a windlass with anchor locker.
Accommodations include three cabins and two heads. The port hull owner's suite holds a double bunk, electric head, vanity with Corian countertop and hot-cold shower, office workspace with desk, and three portlights. The starboard hull provides a double bunk, single crossbeam bunk, second electric head, vanity with hot-cold shower, and two portlights. Storage throughout uses foam-core cabinetry with wood-veneered doors.
The yacht carries comprehensive systems: Raymarine navigation including a 9-inch chartplotter, autohelm, depth-speed-wind instrument, and VHF radio with DSC; 400-liter water and fuel tanks; multiple bilge pumps with float switches; 31-liter hot water cylinder; four solar panels; house and starter battery banks; and a Fusion audio system with waterproof speakers. Deck hardware includes mooring cleats, stanchions, fenders, a 15-kilogram anchor with chain and warp, and fixed davits for tender handling.
