The 2027 Caymas 29 CT is a twin-engine catamaran built on the brand's performance-oriented CT hull platform. Powered by dual Mercury 350 V10 engines, the 29 CT combines the stability and efficiency of a catamaran design with offshore capability and inshore agility. The fiberglass construction features a Ride Dynamic Ventilated Stepped running surface, hand-laid build, tri-core composite transom, and a fully foamed stringer grid system with integrated chase tubes. The hull carries a limited lifetime warranty.
The boat is rigged for serious fishing and multi-purpose cruising. The console is enclosed with integrated head and tackle storage, complemented by a forward lounger, dual leaning post helm seats, and side dive door. Fishing-specific features include four macerated in-floor fish boxes, a centerline transom livewell, dual 10-foot PowerPole anchoring blades, and jack plates. Aft bench seating and flexible deck layout provide room for family and crew.
Systems throughout include dual Garmin MFD displays at the helm, Garmin VHF radio, Fusion stereo with JL Audio speakers, and Mercury Vessel View engine monitoring. The electrical setup uses circuit breaker protection and tinned wiring throughout. Bilge capacity is substantial, with automatic and manual pumps distributed across the hull. LED lighting includes anchor, navigation, cockpit, console, livewell, and under-gunnel fixtures. An electric windlass, raw water washdown pump, and battery switch round out the core systems.
Construction details reflect composite emphasis: 100 percent composite construction with no wood, 5052 aluminum fuel tanks, high-performance resin with barrier coat, premium white gelcoat with UV inhibitors, and factory-tested plumbing and electrical systems.
