The 2027 Grady-White Freedom 285 is a 28-foot dual console center console built on a hand-laid fiberglass hull with a composite stringer system and water-impervious transom. Twin Yamaha engines deliver 1,400 total horsepower. The boat features a self-bailing cockpit with four drains, a walk-through windshield with tempered glass, and a hardtop with painted aluminum frame and integrated LED lighting. Hydraulic trim tabs and an integrated outboard mounting system with swim platform complete the backbone.

The open cockpit layout centers on dual helm and companion seating with electromechanical adjustment and extendable lounge seats backed by Corian countertops. A 32-gallon livewell with circulation pump and 185-quart insulated fish box occupy the aft section. Forward seating includes cushioned bow berths and a fiberglass table. The starboard console houses a lockable head with electric flush, holding tank with macerator, sink, and mirror—plus additional lockable storage compartments throughout the deck area.
