The 43 Sedan is a fiberglass trawler built on the proven hull design of Helmsman's 43E Pilothouse. Powered by a single Cummins diesel engine rated at 380 horsepower, it combines practical trawler construction with contemporary styling. The boat features fully covered walk-around side decks, a generous flybridge, and a substantial boat deck, with the main saloon and helm station positioned on a single level for efficient layout.
The owner's stateroom is spacious, outfitted with large deep hanging lockers, shelved walls, and extensive drawer and locker storage. A guest stateroom includes a double berth, hanging locker, and additional storage. Two heads with enclosed shower compartments serve the accommodations—one ensuite to the master and a second that functions as a day head or guest head. The interior incorporates acoustic and thermal lining around the master stateroom, along with sound attenuation throughout, and the hull is engineered for effective water management on deck and roofline.
Exterior design emphasizes safety and all-weather capability. A high bow, bulwark side-entry doors, and full walk-around deck access are standard. The large cockpit features a full-length cover. The flybridge can be configured with either a centerline helm and L-shaped settee or a starboard helm with U-shaped dinette. A spacious boat deck provides room for a tender and additional gear. The upper deck is finished with a no-drip edge throughout. An optional hardtop is available for the flybridge.
