2027 Key West 263 FS

The Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built for active families who fish seriously. Twin Yamaha engines deliver 400 horsepower, while standard features include a hardtop, under-deck windlass, power-assist steering, and a side entry door with hidden ladder. The boat accommodates one head and provides notably open seating and storage throughout the design.

Fishing capability is central to the layout. The boat features dual live wells, 22 rod holders, trolling rod holders, and horizontal storage racks mounted under the gunnels for long saltwater rods. A macerated fish box rounds out the fishing equipment, while a dedicated changing room and potty room address comfort and convenience on extended outings.

Optional upgrades include Garmin electronics—the 1242 XSV touchscreen display and Fantom 18 radar—along with a Yamaha Twin Dec XS CL5 display, a full hull color application, powdercoat finish for the hardtop, and a built-in toilet tank system.
