The 2027 Phoenix 721 ZXL is a 20'11" bay boat built on Phoenix's performance hull design, powered by a Mercury 250 Pro XS FourStroke engine paired with a Mercury Fury 24P stainless steel propeller. The front casting deck is 4 inches wider than the previous 721 Pro XP platform, creating an expanded work surface. The boat rides on a tandem axle trailer finished in black GatorHyde with silver pinstripes, fitted with dual disc brakes and Velocity wheels, plus a matching spare tire.
The cockpit combines serious fishing capability with comfort. Forward is a padded casting deck with a fishing seat and bike seat, supported by dual rod lockers and under-seat net storage. Amidships sits a massive center storage compartment. Seating features diamond-stitched upholstery. A 10-inch Z-Lok jack plate, hydraulic steering and trim, and a Hot Foot throttle with adjustable slide round out the helm setup.
Electronics include a Lowrance Eagle 7 mounted on a white dual dash shroud and a second Lowrance Eagle 7 flush-mounted in the bow. The boat runs the Phoenix Integrated Wiring System and E2 Electronics Wiring System. A Minn Kota Fortrex 80 24V 45-inch trolling motor and 3-bank 10-amp onboard charger support extended days on the water. Built-in bow lights and a custom-fit travel cover complete the package. Fuel capacity is 50 gallons; the livewell holds 44 gallons. The boat weighs approximately 1,850 pounds.
