2025 Ranger Z520R

The 2025 Ranger Z520R is a 20.92-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Mercury 250 Pro XS four-stroke engine. The boat comes equipped with a Ranger tandem trailer featuring tandem axles with brakes, aluminum wheels, a matching spare, and swing-away tongue for trailering ease.

The dual-console layout accommodates multiple anglers with comprehensive electronics. Three sonar GPS units are installed at the bow—a Lowrance HDS-12, Garmin, and Humminbird SOLIX-12—plus dual Lowrance HDS-12 units mounted side-by-side at the console. Navigation and engine management are handled through the Mercury SmartCraft System. A Minn Kota QUEST I-Pilot GPS 24/36V trolling motor with recessed pedal provides additional propulsion control.

Fishing-focused features include a rear deck livewell with oxygenator, front deck center rod storage with organizer, dual-tier rear deck storage compartments, and glove box storage. The boat is set up with dual Power Pole Blade anchors, an Atlas hydraulic jack plate, and Dual Pro trim and hot foot throttle controls. Two matching bike seats and a rear boarding ladder complete the setup. Power is managed through MillerTech lithium batteries and a dedicated MillerTech lithium battery charger.
