A 1929 Luxe-Motor houseboat, 81 feet long with a steel hull, recently underwent substantial renovation. The superstructure was rebuilt in 2020, followed by comprehensive interior work and furnishing. The boat is powered by a single Volvo Penta engine of 212 horsepower and designed as comfortable accommodation for two people.

Access is via a fixed gangway to the wheelhouse, which features a contemporary Scandinavian interior with vertical bamboo detailing and a modern pilot seat. The wheelhouse connects to a covered aft cockpit area, and a fly deck offers additional outdoor space. The interior uses wooden flooring throughout with black accents for visual contrast. Horizontal wooden blinds and integrated mosquito nets on entrance doors complete the styling.

The galley is fully equipped with a tall refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob with central extraction, dishwasher, double sink, and generous storage. The salon connects directly to the wheelhouse via renewed entrance doors. The sleeping quarters sit forward, five steps below the main level, with white walls and blue lower panels.
