A 1935 custom 44-foot sloop built in Sweden and designed by Erik Nilsson, this 30-Square Meter racing yacht features a deep shoal keel and Sitka spruce mast stepped through the deck. The boat was fully refitted and restored in 2018, with the entire hull refastened and sealed with West System epoxy. New sail track was installed, and the topsides are finished to a varnished sheen. The wooden hull remains the original construction method of the era.
Below deck, the cabin accommodates two berths with storage lockers, hanging locker, and elegant cabinetry. Sail storage is located forward, and cabin benches are configured to accept Thermarest cushions. A removable 6 horsepower Tohatsu outboard provides auxiliary power.
Electronics fitted include a Tacktick system with chartplotter, speedometer, and depth finder, along with a Garmin 400/500 GPS, Uniden VHF radio, and CD player. The boat features carbon fiber and marine mahogany hatch covers designed to reduce weight. A custom matched trailer is included with the yacht. The boat has been stored indoors during winter periods.
