Built in 1939, this 91-foot Mathis Trumpy fantail is a rare example of classic American motor yacht design. Powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines producing 456 horsepower, she cruises at 8 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 11.5 knots. The wooden hull carries the heritage of a vessel commissioned for East Coast cruising and later commandeered by the US Navy during World War II, where she served until 1965 before returning to private service.
The layout includes six cabins and four heads, with three owner and guest ensuite staterooms complemented by dedicated crew accommodations across three additional cabins. A large aft deck and generous salon provide substantial entertaining and living spaces throughout the yacht.
A comprehensive refit completed in 2007 restored the boat to her original condition and name. She maintains a current USCG Inspected Vessel Certificate rated for 65 passengers, reflecting her solid construction and well-maintained systems.
