A 1950 Molich sailing yacht built of mahogany planking on oak frames, measuring 75 feet with a 16-foot beam. The yacht is powered by a Volvo Penta diesel engine producing 272 horsepower, with accommodation for six cabins and three heads.
The interior layout comprises three guest cabins and two crew cabins, designed for extended cruising. Modern systems have been thoughtfully integrated, including a custom air conditioning system, high-speed Starlink connectivity, professional-grade refrigeration with multiple compressors, and a Seafari watermaker capable of producing 140 liters per hour. The galley and social spaces retain original character while benefiting from recent upgrades. Freshwater capacity is approximately 1,000 liters across stainless steel tanks, with fuel capacity around 1,350 liters distributed across three tanks.
The yacht has undergone significant structural work in recent years. Hull restoration completed in 2024–2025 included replacement and sleeving of lower starboard frames, new mahogany planking, and full epoxy sheathing. A new 18-millimeter teak deck was laid in 2023. The main engine, a Volvo Penta TMD102A, was fully rebuilt in 2022. The original main mast from circa 1965 has had its upper section professionally replaced in 2024, and the rigging was surveyed in 2019 with selected components replaced.
Navigation and communication systems are current, including a Garmin GPSMAP chartplotter, Garmin Fantom radar, and AIS transceiver installed in 2025. Power systems feature gel batteries for both service and start applications, Victron charging and inverter equipment, and a newly installed Coelmo generator. A Boston Whaler tender with a 2025 Yamaha 40-horsepower outboard is included.
