1952 Concordia Yawl

This 1952 Concordia Yawl is hull number 10 from the 103 built to this celebrated design. At nearly 40 feet long with a 10-foot beam, the wooden boat embodies the Concordia reputation for seaworthy motion and sailing efficiency, with a cruising speed around 6.5 knots under sail.

The interior includes two cabins and one head. The boat is powered by a 2012 Yanmar diesel engine for auxiliary propulsion. Recent upgrades include a new Concordia rudder, Dynel-covered house top, and a new dodger added in 2025. Electronics have been updated to modern standards.

The wooden hull has been maintained through annual sanding, painting, and varnishing. The deadwood was replaced in 2017, and two new planks were installed in 2021, sustaining the structural integrity of the hull.
