1957 Norwegian Yacht Custom Built

Thor of Oslo is a 30-foot wooden cruiser built in 1957 by Norwegian Yacht as a custom commission. Powered by a single 270-horsepower Crusader gasoline engine, she combines classic Norwegian design with thoughtful modern upgrades. The boat features hand-cut mahogany and teak decking finished with multiple coats of varnish. Current systems include a bow thruster, GPS depth locator, VHF radio, refrigerator, and integrated sound system.

The boat underwent extensive restoration work, beginning from a bare hull and rebuilt to original specifications. The restoration process emphasized traditional craftsmanship throughout, with particular attention paid to the woodwork and varnish finishes that define the yacht's character and appearance.
