The Rio Paranà is the smallest model in the Rio fleet, a wood-hulled classic inspired by American utility boats built for water sports, particularly water skiing. Powered by a single 185-horsepower Chris Craft engine, it reaches speeds of 38 knots and cruises at 28 knots, combining spirited performance with the character of 1960s recreational boating.
The boat has benefited from substantial recent work. In 2020, the transom and interior were rebuilt with 12-millimeter Sapele mahogany, followed by a full paint job comprising 25 coats of Stoppani finish. The cockpit received new cushions, and chrome hardware and windshield have been refinished. Hardware throughout the deck has been re-chromed, and a new boat cover was installed.
A double-axle trailer is available as a separate purchase option.
