1969 Webbers Cove 39

This 1969 Webbers Cove 39 is a 39-foot fiberglass explorer built for commercial service as a passenger ferry. The boat features a 12-foot beam and is powered by a single Grey Marine diesel engine with a 2-inch shaft. The craft accommodated 46 passengers in its operational configuration and was equipped with manual steering.

A comprehensive refit was completed in 2023, including new paint on the hull, deck, and interior surfaces, plus new hatches throughout. The boat carries two 56-gallon Monel fuel tanks and operates on a 24-volt electrical system. Stability and structural certifications were obtained during the refit process.

The engine last ran under its own power in 2022 when the boat was brought to the yard. The battery box requires replacement, and the electrical and mechanical systems require inspection and service before operation. These are known items to address before returning the yacht to active use.
