1972 DeFever 38 Passagemaker

This 1972 DeFever 38 Passagemaker is a mahogany-hulled trawler built in Japan to a design by Arthur DeFever. The boat measures 40 feet in length with a 13.67-foot beam and is powered by a single Lehman diesel engine rated at 108 horsepower. The engine delivers economical cruising at 7 knots, burning approximately 1.5 gallons per hour and providing a range of roughly 1,600 miles.

The boat accommodates three cabins and features a salon and galley that have been updated. A built-in refrigerator and freezer are installed, and the head has been upgraded with electric systems. The Webasto diesel furnace provides heating throughout the interior.
