1973 Hatteras 36 Sportfisher

A 1973 Hatteras 36 Sportfisher with fiberglass construction and a 12.5-foot beam. Twin Cummins diesel engines rated at 660 horsepower deliver a cruising speed of 19 knots and a maximum speed of 22 knots, powered through new shafts and transmissions.

The boat underwent comprehensive refurbishment in 2009 at Hinckley Boat Yard. Work included new Cummins engines, shafts, transmission, rewiring, and reconditioning. The hull was refinished with Awlgrip in 2009 and has accrued only modest running hours since the refit. Additional cosmetic work including Awlcraft painting, compounding, and waxing was completed between 2023 and 2025. The bottom was repainted in 2024.

The boat is equipped for charter operation or private fishing use. Normal wear from the elements is present on exterior surfaces.
