1974 Cheoy Lee Offshore 40

This 1974 Cheoy Lee Offshore 40 is a fiberglass-hulled classic yawl designed by Philip Rhodes. The deck and cabin structure are finished in high-quality wood, creating a traditional aesthetic that complements the fiberglass build. The mast is crafted from pine and remains in sound condition. The boat features an encapsulated fiberglass keel ballast and retains the core design characteristics of the Reliant series, despite being built after the line's official production ended.

Below deck, the layout comprises three cabins and one head. The forward cabin contains a V-berth, the central saloon opens to an adjacent galley, and the aft cabin provides additional berth space. The accommodation plan allows for comfortable cruising for up to six people.
