The front section functions as a full apartment, fitted with a sleeping area featuring a sleeper sofa, lounge seating, dining table, and storage. The galley includes an oven, stove, and refrigerator. A separate head with shower serves the living space. Warm wood finishes on the flooring and ceiling define the interior aesthetic, with custom overhead lighting throughout.

The boathouse portion features a 34-by-12-foot well sized to accommodate a 32 to 33-foot boat with flybridge. A powered garage door provides the entrance and exit. The boat's wooden construction and overall configuration remain intact and ready for use.
