Glory Days is a 1978 Morgan OutIsland 51, a fiberglass monohull auxiliary sailing yacht designed by Jack Cory and Charlie Morgan as a comfortable blue water cruiser. The boat measures 51.5 feet overall with a 15-foot beam, 43 feet at the waterline, and 36 gross tons. It features a full keel with an adjustable centerboard that retracts to allow entry into shallow waters and lowers to 11 feet for added stability and ballast in heavy conditions. A 115 horsepower John Deere diesel engine provides auxiliary power, paired with a large three-bladed propeller for easy maneuvering. The ketch rig carries four sails and is designed for single-handed operation with multiple sailing configurations.

The deck layout includes a high freeboard, large walk-around design, and a spacious center cockpit positioned to keep occupants dry and comfortable while allowing sails to be handled from the helm. Below deck, the interior is finished in teak with a teak and holly sole throughout. The saloon features 6 feet 10 inches of headroom and combines a generous galley, navigation station, large settee, and wrap-around teak dining table.
