The 1979 Albin 36 Rear Cabin is a classic trawler built with solid fiberglass construction and known for efficient fuel economy. At 35 feet 9 inches long with a 13-foot 2-inch beam and 3-foot 6-inch draft, the boat is powered by a Ford-Lehman 6-cylinder diesel engine producing 120 horsepower. The diesel was completely rebuilt and has seen minimal running hours since completion in 2019.

The galley and saloon occupy the main deck, featuring a three-burner stove and oven, refrigerator, and stainless steel sink. The helm station includes a Garmin GPS, autopilot controls, and bow thruster controls. Hydraulic steering, a Raymarine autopilot, and a 5-kilowatt Kohler Yanmar diesel generator support the cruising experience. Deck equipment includes a windlass, bow thruster, and full-width swimming platform with an aluminum dinghy and outboard motor.

Sleeping accommodations span three cabins. The aft cabin holds a queen berth, hanging locker, and opening desk, with an attached head featuring a shower, new toilet, and sliding sink. The forward cabin offers a V-berth for two with a wardrobe and separate head with toilet and sink. The flybridge provides a full helm station with GPS, compass, and Bimini top. Fuel capacity totals 248 gallons, and fresh water capacity is 112 gallons across two tanks. Recent updates include a new fuel tank, new fresh water tanks, new toilet, new refrigerator, and refinished bow and stern hatches.
