This 1979 Bültjer motorsailer is a wooden-hulled cutter yacht built at the respected Bültjer shipyard in Ditzum. At 47.7 feet long with a beam of 14.6 feet and displacing approximately 30 tonnes, the hull is constructed from Cambala wood with a teak-laid deck over oak. The pilothouse and superstructure are finished in natural teak. Power comes from twin Mercedes-Benz OM 352 diesel engines (under 300 hp combined) driving twin screws with recently overhauled gearboxes. New 4 × 240 Ah batteries were installed in 2026.
The accommodation comprises an owner's cabin forward with two single berths, shower, electric toilet, and sink; a forecastle with three berths and separate head; and two saloons. The galley features a gas cooker and oven, a new refrigerator, and freezer. Entertainment includes a CD radio and smart television. The boat is heated via hot-water central heating supplied by either the engine or Webasto, with radiators and heat exchangers throughout.
Navigation and safety equipment includes GPS, radar, fishfinder, log, depth sounder, wind indicator, AIS, autopilot, radio, and wifi-enabled wind measurement. Additional gear comprises bow thruster, anchor winch, lifeboat, life rings, bilge pumps, and a discharge valve at the helm. The rigging is a cutter with roller-foresail and dual helm stations—one inside, one out. A 6 kW generator provides shore power. Lead ballast has been professionally trimmed; two full winter covers are included.
The wooden hull has been regularly maintained and restored over its history, with full documentation of all shipyard visits and refits.
