1979 Custom Houseboat

This 50-foot custom houseboat sits on a fiberglass pontoon base partitioned every four feet, with a seven-foot headroom throughout. Built in 1979 and converted in 2023, the interior has been thoroughly updated with modern systems and finishes. A transom is installed should the owner wish to add an engine in the future.

The accommodation consists of one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and vanity, and an open living area. The galley-style kitchen features a refrigerator and stove both in good condition, with double sink and generous counter space. The living area includes seating and connects to the bedroom. Throughout the boat, modern white finishes and natural light create a clean, bright environment.

Systems include full insulation, 60-amp power professionally installed with shore power connection, a new hot water tank installed in 2023, and a woodfire stove for heat.
